Service Description

Meeting Place: At the fenced in children's playground opposite the shops/cafe Cost: Free Parking: Carpark available Child Friendly?: Yes - the event is set up in the kids playground Equipment needed: Exercise Mat and drink bottle Intensity Level: All fitness levels COVID GUIDELINES: Physical distancing is required - keep a distance of 1.5 metres between yourself and other people. Do not attend: if you or your children are unwell, or anyone in your household is awaiting the results of a COVID test. OR if you have visited any of the identified venues/locations included in a Public Health Direction and are required to self-quarantine. It is also mandatory to 'check in' using the CBR app for contact tracing. PLEASE NOTE: This event is run by volunteer facilitators who are not qualified PT’s and whilst they can demonstrate the workout, we ask you to take responsibility for your own movement and trust your own body. Cancellation Policy

WAIVER I have voluntarily elected to participate in one or more physical fitness activities offered by Mums Exercise Group Australia. These physical fitness activities include, but are not limited to, aqua aerobics, swimming, walking, running, bootcamps, weightlifting, pilates, team sports and other various fitness activities. In consideration of Mums Exercise Group Australia allowing me to participate in its physical fitness activities, I accept the following terms and conditions found at www.megamums.com.au/waiver
