Forde - Aquatots - Parent & Bub Aqua HIIT (babies are not necessary) Meeting Place: Poolside - please sign in with reception on arrival (you may need to complete a medical consent form with Aquatots before your first session). Cost: Free Parking: Easy accessible parking Child Friendly?: Babies from 6 weeks to 18 months are welcome to attend the session with you in the baby aqua boats. Equipment needed: Swimmers, towel, water bottle and babies will need to have an Aquatots approved aqua nappy Intensity Level: Hard but modifications can be made to cater for a wide range of ability and fitness levels. All classes are appropriate for pre and post natal mothers. COVID GUIDELINES: ⭐Check in CBR app required, ⭐Do not participate if you or your child is sick or have travelled to any covid hotspots, ⭐All room limits are to be followed, showers are not in use to assist with this, ⭐ Social distancing when in the centres required. ⭐Please check with team member in regards to other Covid safe requirements as these change under government directive.
