Service Description

Sub30 Core Restore is a program designed to strengthen and rebuild your Transverse Abdominal muscle and pelvic floor. It is suitable for all fitness levels especially mums with Diastasis Recti, weak bladder (pelvic floor), lower back pain. Sessions run for 30min Location: https://goo.gl/maps/6AbuoR9e9jJd7MWe9 On arrival, feel free to park anywhere along the double driveway then make your way to the double garage where all the action takes place. Cost: $5 Equipment: water bottle and comfy socks (we will exercise without shoes) Babies/children are welcome however there is limited space COVID GUIDELINES: Physical distancing is required - keep a distance of 1.5 metres between yourself and other people. Do not attend: if you or your children are unwell, or anyone in your household is awaiting the results of a COVID test. OR if you have visited any of the identified venues/locations included in a Public Health Direction and are required to self-quarantine. It is also mandatory to 'check in' using the CBR app for contact tracing.

Help them plan effectively by letting us know if you can't make it. WAIVER I have voluntarily elected to participate in one or more physical fitness activities offered by Mums Exercise Group Australia. These physical fitness activities include, but are not limited to, aqua aerobics, swimming, walking, running, bootcamps, weightlifting, pilates, team sports and other various fitness activities.
