Lennox Gardens - 1km loop pram friendly walk Join us at one of the most beautiful spots to enjoy the change of seasons in Autumn. We will start in a small English style formal garden, then enjoy the Autumn colours and Japanese plantings at the Nara Peace Park, with stone lanterns and a large wooden gazebo. Before looping through the imperial style Chinese stone masonry statues. You can't ask for much more to be packed into 1km! Pleas`ee allow extra time for parking as it's the city. Parking at Lennox Gardens, Flynn Street is 4 hour paid parking, or across the road (behind the Hyatt Hotel) there is heaps more 4 hour paid parking. Toddler Trails have been created with your increasingly independent child in mind. As kids find their feet, many prefer to be out of the baby carrier and would rather push their pram than ride in it. Toddler Trails allows your child the freedom to explore on their own two legs, while you get some outdoor and social time with other parents/carers. WHERE TO MEET: Lennox Gardens, Flynn Drive, Yarralumla ACT 2600 MAXIMUM NUMBERS: Sessions are limited so please book your spot via the MEGA app and update your attendance through the app if unable to make it. WHAT TO BRING: Wear comfortable clothes and footwear for walking and active play. Bring a hat, sunscreen, water and healthy snacks. FITNESS LEVEL: This event is suitable for parents/carers of all fitness levels. Mums, we recommend you obtain your 6 week clearance from your medical practitioner prior to walking. BABIES & CHILDREN: This event is suitable for parents/carers who are baby wearing or have children who are walking. Meet & Move sessions aim to help parents/carers and their children be active together. COVID GUIDELINES: Physical distancing is required and do not attend if you or your children are unwell, or anyone in your household is awaiting the results of a COVID test.
