Service Description
Mount Rogers - 1.2km out-and-back walk - Great from pram accessible bush walking, boulders and the big tree stump to explore, big wide path, simple playground. Join us in exploring Mount Rogers. Starting off from the car park, where there’s a couple of small boulders to explore, we’ll join the dirt trail exploring the bush and wander along for 600m to Mildenhall Place Neighbourhood Playground. We’ll have a play on the fort, swings, slide, fireman’s pole and wobbly bridge - before heading back to the start. Mount Rogers is a wonderful urban nature reserve with lots of adventure and play options for your family. Toddler Trails have been created with your increasingly independent child in mind. As kids find their feet, many prefer to be out of the baby carrier and would rather push their pram than ride in it. Toddler Trails allows your child the freedom to explore on their own two legs, while you get some outdoor and social time with other parents/carers. WHERE TO MEET: Parking area at Wickens Place, Fraser. Map tinyurl.com/yck5vfnv MAXIMUM NUMBERS: Sessions are limited so please book your spot via the MEGA app and update your attendance through the app if unable to make it. WHAT TO BRING: Wear comfortable clothes and footwear for walking and active play. Bring a hat, sunscreen, water and healthy snacks. FITNESS LEVEL: This event is suitable for parents/carers of all fitness levels. Mums, we recommend you obtain your 6 week clearance from your medical practitioner prior to walking. BABIES & CHILDREN: This event is suitable for parents/carers who are baby wearing or have children who are walking. Meet & Move sessions aim to help parents/carers and their children be active together. COVID GUIDELINES: Physical distancing is required and do not attend if you or your children are unwell, or anyone in your household is awaiting the results of a COVID test.

WAIVER I have voluntarily elected to participate in one or more physical fitness activities offered by Mums Exercise Group Australia. These physical fitness activities include, but are not limited to, aqua aerobics, swimming, walking, running, bootcamps, weightlifting, pilates, team sports and other various fitness activities.
