WAIVER I have voluntarily elected to participate in one or more physical fitness activities offered by Mums Exercise Group Australia. These physical fitness activities include, but are not limited to, aqua aerobics, swimming, walking, running, bootcamps, weightlifting, pilates, team sports and other various fitness activities.
