Come and join Kristy at Margaret Hendry School for a 30 minute fast paced and fun boxing class. Boxing is a great way to increase your fitness, improve your strength and even get out some frustrations (we’ll be punching at mitts!) Meeting Place: Community Hive, Margaret Hendry School Cost: Included in MEGA membership Parking: Park in the school parking lot and walk about 1 minute towards the school gymnasium Child Friendly?: Yes - babies and children are welcome to attend. Equipment needed: All boxing equipment supplied but please bring a yoga mat Intensity Level: Beginner to Intermediate Note: Please do not attend if you or your children are unwell.
