Join me for a Pilates workout. Day: Tuesdays Time: 9:15AM Location: Theodore Primary School's Community Hub Meeting Place: In the Community Hub which is located in the demountable building in the fenced in preschool area. Cost: Included in yourMEGA membership Parking: Free parking in the school carpark Child Friendly?: Yes - the room is set up for playgroup so there are lots of fun toys for babies and kids to play with while the mums workout or you're welcome to come child-free. Equipment needed: Exercise mat Intensity Level: Beginners and up Please do not attend if you or your children are unwell. PLEASE NOTE: This event is run by volunteer facilitators who are not qualified PT’s and whilst they can demonstrate the workout, we ask you to take responsibility for your own movement and trust your own body.
