Wildbark at Mulligan's Flat has just opened up! Come and explore the new sanctuary's boardwalk to the dam then join in the lizards and turtle feeding run by one of the rangers followed by exploring the nature playground. Wheelchair and pram friendly walk. For more info, visit: https://www.wildbark.org/ Toddler Trails have been created with your increasingly independent child in mind. As kids find their feet, many prefer to be out of the baby carrier and would rather push their pram than ride in it. Toddler Trails allows your child the freedom to explore on their own two legs, while you get some outdoor and social time with other parents/carers. WHERE TO MEET: Wildbark is located in Throsby, Gungahlin. Follow Bettong Avenue onto Rosenberg Street for the Wildbark building and free parking. MAXIMUM NUMBERS: Sessions are limited so please book your spot via the MEGA app and update your attendance through the app if you are unable to make it. WHAT TO BRING: Wear comfortable clothes and footwear for walking and active play. Bring a hat, sunscreen, water and healthy snacks/lunch. FITNESS LEVEL: This event is suitable for parents/carers of all fitness levels. Mums, we recommend you obtain your 6 week clearance from your medical practitioner prior to walking. BABIES & CHILDREN: This event is suitable for parents/carers who are baby wearing or have children who are walking. Meet & Move sessions aim to help parents/carers and their children be active together. COVID GUIDELINES: Physical distancing is required and do not attend if you or your children are unwell, or anyone in your household is awaiting the results of a COVID test.
