We’re a fitness group for mums, but not as you might know it.

We don’t offer gym memberships, personal trainers or expensive creches for your rugrats.

But we do offer inclusive exercise classes, opportunities to get active with the kids in tow, and realistic workouts and health advice for today’s busy mums (yes, we’re looking at you!).
