Service Description
Join us for a Pilates and bootcamp workout in the fenced in children's playground. Workout while the kids play around us. Meeting place: Central Park and followed by coffee (optional) Parking: Plenty of parking off Campbell Street Child Friendly?: Yes - the playground is fully fenced in with lots to do for children of different ages. Plus, toilets and bubbler available. Equipment needed: Exercise Mat or Towel Intensity Level: Beginners and up (lots of options to suit your fitness level)

WAIVER I have voluntarily elected to participate in one or more physical fitness activities offered by Mums Exercise Group Australia. These physical fitness activities include, but are not limited to, aqua aerobics, swimming, walking, running, bootcamps, weightlifting, pilates, team sports and other various fitness activities. However, to ensure smooth sailing for everyone, we kindly ask that you keep your bookings up-to-date. Here's why it matters: * Consideration for Others: Your timely updates mean that someone else who's been eagerly waiting for a spot can join in on the fun. * Respect for Volunteers & Facilitators: Our amazing mums dedicate their time and effort to make every session special.
